?Supplier market research and arrange new/potential supplier evaluation with R&D and SQA
?establish good relationship with supplier to ensure best quality service ?develop strategic supplier base and make related supplier strategy
?Transfer yearly demands to supplier and plan supplier capacity
?Analyze raw material market
?Define PCIS material price for each single component
?Plan budget price for single part and achieve the target
? Supplier cost anaylisis and set benchmark price
?Prices negotiation and closure of contracts
? Send RFQ and make quotation analysis
?Define lead time for supplier deliver timing of new projects ?Order sample parts and follow up ? Place tooling contract and follow up ? Coordination supplier APQP status with SQM
? interface with supplier for claim charges for quality & delivery issue
? make sure the claim cost can be got back from supplier
? Enable department to do correct SAP operation
? Insure optimum settings in SAP
? Material price data & suplier info. management in SAP
? work with RDC for technical issues during sample phase ? Estabish supplier rating system with SQA
? Deal with supplier quality issue with SQA
? Make sure on time delivery for production material with Logistic
Requirement:
Engineering knowleges on Mechanics and auto. Component etc.
Cost structure and basic financial knowledge
Management experiences on procurement in auto industry
Product development procedure such as APQP,PPAP etc.
Good English Skills
Market knowledges about auto. Brake business.
