职位描述
-Ensure the timely and accurate posting of cash application
-Keep a close communication with customers, logistics and TAX Accountant regarding the invoice issues
-Maintain vendor master file in system
-Act interfaces with sales team with questions/problems regarding payment issue and customer disputes
-Assist in monitoring credit quality by highlighting early warnings signs of credit deterioration
-Prepare accounts receivable reports to ascertain status of collection and balance outstanding
-Communicate with customers via phone, fax, email for debts reconciliation
-Account reconciliation for AR related sub-ledger
-University/college degree in Economic
-At least one year's of experience in accounting related jobs
