1. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
a. 实验室政策文件、程序文件的制定和完善
Establish the policy and SOP documents, then carried out CI the system.
b. 负责制定原材料、包装材料、半成品和成品的检验计划,并确保检验工作按照计划开展
Make testing plan for raw material/Packaging material/In-process product/FP, then ensure test task were carried out according to the test plan.
c. 负责检验人员培训制度的建立和实施
Responsible for the establishment and carried out of training policy.
d. 确保产品实现过程中人员操作、工艺流程等按照标准操作程序开展和执行,并与QS保持沟通,确保质量体系的有效性
Make sure the operation of workers and the production process were carried out according to the SOP, besides, keep in close touch with Quality Safety supervisor, feedback the issue during operation in time, to make sure the effectiveness of quality system.
e. 按照既定计划,组织开展月度GMP检查,并跟进后期整改的完成情况
According to the GMP monthly audit plan, carried out monthly GMP audit.
f. 与采购、QS共同完成供应商的开发及审核,并提供相关数据以配合采购完成对供应商的管理工作
Take part in the vendor development and audit with PD and QS, provide related data that were needed during management review.
g. 与相关部门共同完成客诉原因分析并制定有效的纠正预防措施
Cooperate with related department to finish the root cause, then make the correct action.
h. 按照政策规定,定期开展追溯性测试并整理归档相关材料
According to the requirement of mock recall test policy, carried out mock recall and correct the related documents then filed.
i. 建立生产前卫生检查制度,并确保该制度的有效执行
Establish pre operation sanitation inspection policy, and make sure effective of this policy.
2. MINOR RESPONSIBILITY/次要职责
a. 负责日常记录的审核
Responsible for the audit of daily records.
b. 深入现场,优化工艺,持续改善,最终达到提高产品质量的目的
To improve the quality of products, keep in close touch with production, optimize and continue improvement the production and operation process
c. 成品检验合格后开具COA
Carry out FP testing according to the test plan and issue COA.
d. 制定检验设备的维护保养制度和设备故障的应急预案,确保日常检测工作的顺利开展
To make sure the daily testing were carried out timely and accurately, establish TPM and emergency plan of main testing equipment.
e. 按照上级主管要求,完成其他临时安排的工作
Finish the other temporary tasks that arranged by supervisor.
3. DECISION MAKING, AUTHORITY AND CONTROLS/ 决策,权限和管理
a. 依据标准和检测结果,对原材料、包装材料、半成品、成品的是否放行做出判定
According to the SPEC and test result, make usage decision of packaging/raw/in-process/FP material.
b. 生产异常时,及时反馈问题,并协调解决问题,并对不合格品进行有效管理,确保不合格品得到有效控制
Feedback issue and cooperate with related department when some abnormal issue were happen, meanwhile management the unqualified materials to make sure those materials were under control.
c. 合理安排下属工作,确保工作有序开展和如期完成
Arrange the job of your subordinate, to make sure all the job were carried out timely and finished qualified.
4. EDUCATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE/教育、技能和经验
a. Education Requirements/教育要求
- 本科及以上食品相关专业
Above bachelor degree and food-related professional
b. Skills/技能
- 熟悉食品行业理化、微生物检测项目及检测方法
Familiar with food physical/chemical/micro test items and method.
- 熟悉食品检测设备的工作原理
Familiar with how the testing equipment were worked.
- 熟悉5W、鱼骨图等质量问题分析工具
Familiar with quality issue analysis tools, such as 5W.
c. Working Experience/工作经验
- 2年以上食品行业实验室管理经验
At least 2years of lab management experience
- 熟悉食品行业理化、微生物检测方法
Familiar with food physical/chemical/micro test items and method.
- 熟悉食品行业GMP要求
Familiar with GMP.
- 2年以上食品行业生产现场质量管理经验
At least 2 years of on line quality management experience in food industry.
