工作要求Job Requirements：

1.汽车行业5年以上工作经验，2年以上项目管理经验；

2.能读懂图纸，对装配生产工艺及相关加工工艺有一定了解（压铸、机加工、冲压等）；

3.具有优秀的时间管理和计划跟进能力；

4.精通8D，5why,鱼骨图等质量工具并具有良好的逻辑分析能力；

5.良好的英语听说能力；

6.熟悉TS16949和ISDO18000体系，熟悉APQP,PPAP流程；

7.有大众、通用、福特及其他整车厂的项目经验尤佳。

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1.定期召开项目推进会议，协调工厂内项目团队协作——质量、工艺、制造、物流等；

2.负责新项目厂内制造成本的评估与更新；

3.组织并推动新项目工艺规划、过程设计与开发；

4.主导设计冻结后工厂内部项目阶段各项活动的落实和推进；

5.支持项目阶段客户在工厂现场的活动；

6.作为量产团队和开发团队的纽带，要把量产的经验落实到项目开发阶段，不断提高项目的运作效率和效益；

7.领导安排的其他工作。
