职位描述：
JD:
1. Get order and forecast from customer and review all information,including quantity,price, code,etc.
2. Launch program for customer’s order and forecast
3. Push sourcing engineer to assign supplier and place order to supplier in time
4. Follow and push confirmation date for purchasing order
5. Confirm sales order
6. Require and help to push supplier to meet delivery date when necessary
7. Re-confirm customer’s order when necessary
8. Follow up material into stock and open manufacture order
9. Follow manufacture order’s producing states
10. Get delivery instruction in advance and arrange delivery,inform shipment information to customer
11. Send invoice and packing list,shipping documetation,etc. to customer
12. Apply for payment.
13. Keep commucation with customer and keep customer satisfaction at high level
14. Other task assign by supervisor
Requirements:
1.B.S. Degree in electronics, CS, mathematics-related major;
2.Equivalent experience more than 2 years in electronics-related industry
3.Good command of English
4.Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
5.Hold safety training certificate of hazard chemical product will be priority considered to hire.
6.Abnormal inspection item was not detected on the medical report.

IKOR was established in 1981 in San Sebastian (Spain). It is essentially dedicated to design and manufacture electronic circuits and equipment for industrial markets, requiring custom-made systems for their products. Its products are widely used in the manufacturing automobile and white goods industries, including electronic locks, induction stoves, testing equipment, precision on-line measuring instrument, elevation lifts and vertical transportation control systems, etc.

In its 20 years of existence, the annual training plan for all departments of the company guarantees an up-to-date knowledge of electronics technology and the latest management and quality techniques in use, thus obtaining the best value of the company and the human team.

IKOR has taken the challenge of internationalization and exports its technology and products to foreign markets. In 1998, it opened a plant (MEXIKOR) in Guadalajara (Mexico) that covers 1,200 square meters with a daily production capacity of 250,000 units, quickly adopting the same degree of automation, flexibility and quality as IKOR in Spain.

Recognizing the importance of the Asian market, especially the advantage of China, IKOR has decided to establish a company called CHINAKOR, which is under construction in Suzhou Industrial Park. It will occupy an area of 13,000 square meters and will have a staff of more than 300. The construction of the factory has been finished by April, 2006. When settled up, CHINAKOR will become IKOR’s manufacturing center of Asia.
