职位要求 Job Requirement
1.本科及以上学历,工程及理工专业优先
Bachelor degree or above, Engineering or Natural Sciences – Mechanical Engineering major .
2.有过项目采购的工作经历 Experience in project purchasing
3.3年以上原材料和设备的采购工作经验 More than three years experience in material and machine purchasing.
4.好的谈判技巧和沟通能力Good negotiation and communication skills
5.英语口语/书写流利,通过CET-6，Proficient at oral/written communication – pass CET-6
6.工作认真、责任心强、良好的团队合作精神。 Work conscientiously, a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
7. 了解汽车行业的TS16949，PPAP，APQP等标准与流程 Familiar with the stardard and process of TS16949 ,APQP,PPAP of auto industry
8. 具有采购成本，交期，供应商维护主观能动性意识 Subjective initiative of the purchase cost, delivery time and supplier maintance.
9. 能够熟练阅读产品技术图纸和使用excel﹑word及Powerpoint等办公软件 Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using excel,word and powerpoint
工作职责 Job Responsibility
1.及时并且准确的完成所有的订单 Finish the order timely and accurately.
2. 负责生产性原材料的供应商开发与管理 Responsible for the supplier devement and management for the production parts.
3.能够维护好现有的生产原料和设备供应商，并且完成新的供应商开发 Develop new supplier except current production material and machine suppliers
4. 能够协调并完成原材料的国产化 Coordinate and finish the localization of production material
5. 负责控制产品价格，产品价格最优化 Control the parts price and optimize the price
6.协助领导进行生产材料和设备供应商的关系管理 Assist the leader to do the supplier relationship management of the production material and machine
7. 根据领导的决定，与供应商正式签订 供应合同 Sigh the contract with supplier based on leader’s decision
8. 确保供应商全面履行合同内容，保证采购任务按时完成Make sure the supplier to carry out the contract and finishthe task in time
9. 及时收集、整理、更新材料、设备、服务等的市场价格信息及近期动态 Collect and update the market price and recent status of the material,machine and service
10. 与供应商就价格、交货期、交货数量等问题进行沟通 Communicate with supplier about the price, delivery time and quantity
11. 完成上级安排的其他工作 Finish all the work arranged by the leader
