职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Perform occupational safety risk analysis.
? Plan and implement risk reduction measures.
? Implement a behavioral safety program.
? Conduct field safety inspections / audits and risk assessment, follow up the corrective action.
? Develop and implement Safety training programs and awareness communication program.
? Report and review accidents/incidents/near miss investigations to determine the root cause and make recommendations for action plan to minimize or eliminate future safety risks. Implement lessons learning process on occupational accidents/incidents
? Install program for management of contractors.
? Participate management system review and self-assessment.
? Promote safety campaign/program.
? Manage and audit PTW system.
? Review SOP to ensure safety instruction cover all aspects of the site activities.
? Provide technical guidance and safety compliance supports to operation team and function dept.
? Participate MOC process when related to occupation safety.
? SCMS implementation.
? Site emergency response and fire fighting system maintaining.
? Other assigned tasks.

Profile:
? Proven track record in HSE or occupational safety supervisor / Engineer role of Chemical or related industry like Pham, multi-Products Site > 5 years experience.
? Strong team work and interpersonal skills to mobilize his/her work or team towards improvement.
? Ability to coach, train and influence other people.
? Strong managerial leadership; get things done / implement on time and within budget.
? Good chemical engineering knowledge and OHSAS 18001 knowledge.
? Occupational safety technology and Industrial Practices.
