职位描述：
Mission of function
-Managing and monitoring quality for automotive lighting projects based on applicable international quality standards and guidelines.
-Minimize quality risks by collaborating with the Project Manager and the entire project team to introduce products on time and within budget into mass production.
-Partner of the Project Leader in planning, supervising, ensuring and reporting of appropriate activities with regards to failure prevention and effective proceedings.
-Empowered to intervene at any stage in the project in case of non-conformance in proceedings and project results.
-Ensure project success with technical process/product knowhow to identify quality risks at early stage.

Job Responsibility
1.Quality Project management
Managing of QM related tasks in project according to the OSRAM APQP process and coordination of QM functions.
2.Quality planning and reporting
Establish, communicate and monitor project related quality standards and requirements.
3.Customer integration
Analysis and implementation of customer specific requirements.
Project related and active customer contact.
4.Escalate at any stage in the project in case of non-conformance.
5.Support continuous improvement process of OSRAM QM system.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Electronics/Mechatronics or relevant;
2.Working experience in Automotive industry and electronic manufacturing(SMT, PCBA assembly, testing in backend) for minimum of 3 years;
3.Be familiar with TS 16949 and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D etc.), VDA 6.3 is preferred;
4.Experience in quality management of projects/processes for new products introduction for a minimum of 1 year;
5.Be able to work within international teams;
6.Good English and communication skills;
