职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.To prepare an annual business plan for the Retail Operations Department covering all staff, their actions and goals for the 12 months;
2.To ensure that the Retail Operations budget is controlled and does not exceed the agreed annual budget;
3.To write and keep updated all standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for the Retail Operations department – this includes all Leasing, Customer Service and Floor Manager SOP’s;
4.To build and develop and foster good relationships with all tenants in the Centre;
5.To provide regular training to the team when required;
6.To grow and develop the Retail Operations team;
7.To provide weekly and monthly updates and reports to the General Manager on all aspects of each of the departments reporting to Retail Operations head;
8.To assist the General manager in identifying any required Centre improvements;
9.Respond constructively to all customer complaints when required;
10.Regularly conduct spot audit checks on all teams checking that they are performing their tasks correctly and to a high standard;
11.To conduct regular meetings with all teams ensuring all reporting of incidents is effectively done and followed up in a timely fashion;
12.To work together with other Department Heads to ensure the Centre is operating at it’s best at all times;
13.To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned;
14.To conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or higher
2.Computer;English:Fluent (oral and written)
3.Budgeting cost control, customer service standards, understand how to reduce risk to the cash flow of the Centre through vacancies in tenancies, .
4.Excellent communication skills, leading and managing a team, to motivate teams, excellent negotiation skills, constructive problem solving. .
5.Must have had at least 5-8 years previous experience in a retail environment in a department store or shopping center, understands the dynamics of a shopping environment, has led a team of professionals, understands the process for leasing a center.
