Common Duties and Responsibilities: 岗位职责：
？ Provide technical expertise on designing new products and manufacturing and assembling processes and improving and maintaining existing products.
？ 提供用于新产品的设计，制造和装配工艺，以及改善和维护现有产品的技术专长
？ Participate as project member in local and global development projects
？ 作为项目组成员参与在国内和全球的产品开发项目
？ Under general direction, responsible for designing new products or parts of new products and manufacturing and assembling processes and improving and maintaining existing products.
？ 通常情况下，负责新产品或新产品零部件的设计、生产和装配工艺，改善和维护现有的产品
？ Involved in conceptual development and detailed design of a new product.
？ 参与概念开发和新产品的具体设计
？ Responsible for prototype assembly and testing, design test jigs for prototype and component test if any
？ 负责原型样机的装配和测试，设计样机及零部件的测试工装
？ Provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers.
？ 提供技术领导能力并协助培训经验较少的工程师
？ Have the competency to provide technical support of one product or one common part of the whole product profolios.
？ 为产品或整个产品系列的某一通用零部件提供技术支持
Competency 任职要求：
？ Be able to communicate in English with the other engineering personnel both local and global to co-ordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion.
能用英语和其他国内和国际的工程师进行沟通，协调相关设计，保证项目完成
？ Be able to conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturability, and reliable.
？ 能够进行设计分析零部件和/或装配总成，保证设计的成本高效，可加工性和可靠
？ Be able to lead a project team to fulfill project cost /schedule requirement under limited supervising when necessary.
？ 在必要时有限的指导下，能带领项目组完成项目成本/进度的要求
？ Be able to use Solid works, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Advantum
？ 能熟练使用Solid works, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Advantum等软件
？ Normally Reports To: R&D Manager
？ 汇报对象：研发经理
？ Minimum Qualifications: University major in science and technology (Degree).
？ 理工类本科或以上学历
？ Years of Experience 8-15 years
