职位描述：

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation – Support all phases of implementation projects including gap analysis; process documentation; system build; global implications; data integrity; training and strategic concerns.
• User Adoption – Create training programs, training manuals, policies, procedures and reports to support user adoption. Work with local super users to develop tools to monitor compliance.
• System Management – Research changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and other integrated applications. Manage third party applications.
• Data – Responsible for managing importing and exporting of data into Salesforce.com, including leads; accounts; integration mapping and legacy data. Manage data integrity including duplicates and other data clean-up activities.
• Process Documentation – Generate process maps for sales, marketing and business workflows. Create Salesforce.com workflows that support business processes. Suggest improvements to business processes.
• Salesforce.com and ServiceMax Administration – Central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations. Create and upload change sets; deploy change sets; customize fields and page layouts; manage mobile configuration; manage dashboards and scheduled reports; manage workflows, approvals and validation rules.
• Security/License Management – Create and manage control of access rights, security settings and user privileges to ensure balance of data security and data accessibility. Manage distribution of licenses and third party applications for global organization in cooperation with the other regional administrators.
• Local Support – Train local super users and assist them in troubleshooting issues. Manage their support requests and expectations.
• Change Management – The global implementation requires strict adherence to change management. Refer requests for change to the change management board as well as participating on the board.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Associates degree (preferred business or equivalent business experience)

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years Salesforce.com experience in an administrative role.
• Experience implementing new Salesforce.com orgs.
• Experience with Visual Force; reports and dashboards; workflows; approvals; integrations and custom objects.

· Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office, especially Excel

• Solid data management, training and support skills.
• Strategic vision in understanding implications of decisions in a global environment.

• Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
• Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.
• Detail oriented and excellent problem solving skills.

A series of annex in 1988-2004: That was which annexed the high pressure cleaner belong to Gerni Group in Denmark, the cleaning machine belong to Advance Group in U.S.A, the cleaning machine belong to Electrolux Group in Sweden, the industry vacuum belong to CFM Group in Italy, the sweeper belong to ECOLOGICA Group in Italy and the cleaning machine belong to ALTO Group in Denmark (including original cleaning machine belong to KEW Group in USA, America CLARK and Germany WAP etc.).
