职位描述
Job Description:
o Responsible for FVT program development for both in-house and customers' products and ensure the program is completed within the expected time line with maximum test coverage.
o Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed; i.e., perform manual static testing.
o Responsible for generate the automation for manufacturing test.
o Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation; e.g., data-driven testing.
o Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for various Software Cafeteria products; i.e., perform automated dynamic testing.
o Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
o Participate in the Change Control Board to identify the quality implications of known bugs and the impact of proposed changes to product definition on the testing process.
o Support manufacturing for any issues related to FVT tester, fixtures, test failures, test escapee or test coverage.
o Support all aspect of Manufacturing Test Engineering for designated processes/products.
o Provide engineering support to test equipment, fixtures, procedures, and software used within the manufacturing process.
o Interface with new product development team and customers to provide test feedback and to define manufacturing testing requirements and test plans.
o Ensure manufacturing have calibration and preventative maintenance processes in place to ensure the integrity of test equipment used on our products.
o Perform reject verification and analysis to provide feedback to Quality, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design Engineering for the purpose of product and process improvement.
o Coordinate test improvement to improve process and cycle times.
o Coordinate the updating of software and firmware for test equipment in conjunction with on-going product or process upgrades/changes.
o Responsible for the creation of all test documents including Test Process instructions, debug/RMA test guidelines/matrix, test set-up and operation documents.
o Responsible for training and test set-up for all the product releases at multiple manufacturing sites.
o Support the failure investigation of factory and field rejects and assure appropriate corrective action is taken.
Requirements: Skills and Experience
o BS in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
o 5+ years of experience in Test Development Engineering.
o Experience in programming/utilizing Microsoft tools, C#, C++ .NET development.
o Experience in electronics, circuit, PCBA testing.
o Experience in developing software for data capture and graphical display.
o Experience in developing user interfaces (GUI).
o Device driver development.
o An understanding, interest or experience in automotive diagnostics.
o The role is primarily based around Windows desktop development, Linux skills will also be considered.
o Exposure to production infrastructure and environments, deployment processes, application maintenance, and troubleshooting
