职位描述：

MAJOR FUNCTION

You will be a member of our international IT infrastructure Management and Development team situated in US, Europe and Asia. You will be located in Shanghai and your main task will be to manage and develop the IT infrastructure primarily within Asia, but also in Europe and US – placed locally in different countries and with our outsourcing partners.

This position is for a highly technical candidate who will have senior level hands on responsibility for our test, development and production physical and virtual server environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, support and maintain Microsoft Hyper-V 2012 R2 clusters running virtual servers around the globe.
Manage, support and maintain a Windows 2008R2/2012R2 environment including numerous 2008R2/2012R2 servers and an Active Directory Infrastructure.
Install hardware and software, conduct system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software and security related problems.
Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.
Knowledge of firewalls, interoperability of network devices, and internet connectivity is necessary.?
Provide backup support on LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches and routers.
Knowledge to manage local and global backup solutions (Barracuda, Netbackup from Symantec and Data Protection Manager from Microsoft).
Follow up on server security and ensure Microsoft patching on servers including agreement with Business Service owners on date and time.


REQUIREMENTS

· Min. BA degree in computer science or equivalent work experience in Windows multi-server environment – 2008R2 and 2012R2.
· Minimum of five years experience as a Server Administrator.
· Knowledgeable about and able to work with network, switches and routing
· Minimum 2+ years of experience with Hyper-V administration, configuration, and support.
· Knowledge of the commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures associated with IP based networks, network hardware and Microsoft networking.
· Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including cabling, switches, routers and hubs. - Ability to formulate, document and recommend new policies and procedures.
· Able to work with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, Configuration Manager and Virtual Machine Manager.
· Highly skilled within the following:
o Microsoft Server 2008R2 or 2012R2
o Active Directory
o Hyper-V
o Able to use Microsoft System Center – SCOM, SCCM, SCVMM
o Knowledgeable about and able to work with network, switches and routing

· Ability to represent the department and the IT organization in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
· Strong time management skills and the ability to follow-up on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
· Willingness to travel 2 – 3 weeks, mainly in Asia and occasionally to Europe/US.
