职位描述：
1.Lead and administer in Test Engineering Operation
2.Understand the basic algorithm in tester software & procedure.
3.Troubleshooting in term of mechanical & test knowledge is required.
4.Semiconductor test environment and turret test handler experience will be added advantage.
5.Plan and organize effectively to support production build plan and met the JIT target.
6.Ensure all test equipment is maintained to the best condition for minimum downtime
7.Dedicated contact for customer interface to resolve test engineering issues
8.Work closely with customer NPI team to improve process, cost down evaluation and implementation
9.Direct responsibility for providing the vision to develop and execute the following: continuous improvement initiatives,
operational planning, product quality assurance and customer satisfaction
10.Other duties as related to the Engineering Manager as may be deemed ad necessary

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
2. At least 6 years of working experience in semiconductor testing environment.
3. At least 2 years or relevant management experience in similar industry
4. A result-oriented team player, able to foster teamwork and motivate the team to achieve the objectives and goals
5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
6. Dynamic, highly-motivated, disciplined, positive-thinking, integrity and focus.
