职位描述：
? Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance plan in facility area, monitoring the implement status.
? Responsible for Boiler, Crane, Compress air tank and safety valve annual inspection.
? Responsible building repair and daily check management.
? Responsible fire equipment and device check and annual maintenance.
? New building and workshop construction quality check and validation.
? Support the evaluation and control of the environmental factors and to ensure the safety of the production environment.
? Responsible for energy control and saving.
? Continue improvement shop floor environment in facility area.
? Coordinate building repair and improvement for safety with industry park.
? Emergency handle power, gas ,water supplier stop, and ensure production normal.
? New equipment foundation layout and quality management.
? Building and facility repair supplier management.
? College degree or above majored in construction engineering
? Familiar with electrical equipment, facilities( high voltage power, light, water, boiler and air compressor)
? Minimum 3 years of experience of facility and engineering maintenance
? Good capability in reading technical English, Email writing and reading.
? Strong PC skills and CAD experience.
? Good team spirit and problem solving ability. 举报 分享
