Duties:

1. Coordinate all relocation services pertaining to tenancy management after the assignee has moved into the property and prior to departure

2. Complete check-in and check-out for all assignees according to company policy (take photos, complete check out forms, etc) when necessary

3. Manage all leases for maintenance requests and lease renewals (when necessary) and terminations (when necessary) in a timely manner

4. Assist in the coordination and arrangement of utility connection and disconnection

5. Prepare any and all reports regarding TMS services from TMS system for Account Manager, management use, whether internal or external.

6. Assist in the maintenance of relationships with Property Management staff / offices, Landlords and if necessary Real Estate Agents etc.

Requirements:

7. Local Chinese member with college or bachelor degree

8. Minimum 2~3 years relocation and/or real estate experience

9. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English

10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as problem resolving ability
