Requirements：
1.Fluent English speaking and writing is a must.
2. Good communication skills and judgment ability
3. Be good at SAP operation, familiar with Office soft such as EXCEL WORD and PPT.
4.2-3 years working experience in Sales Support and Customer Service
6. Initiative, responsible and open.
7. University graduate.
Job Responsibility：
1. Handle customer forecast and orders, capacity analysis feedback to customer
2. Maintain important master data including material code & price
3. Arrange orders shipment on time, coordinate with warehouse, IM&EX dept. and customer till goods delivered to customer
4.Send original invoice to customer, follow up overdue
5. Assist sales to create and follow up sample requests
6.Follow up customer complaint
7.Monthly report
