职位描述：
The Manufacturing Engineer demonstrates accountability for manufacturing process development, production line setup and production technical support.
The work scope includes handing over the technical documentation from engineering, digesting and implementing on production line.
 
Essential Functions/Responsibilities  

1 Define the equipment, fixture, tools and software for production.
2 Develop work instructions for production activities.
3 Develop routers for production line.
4 Diagnose and resolve the process issues on production line.
5 Work with engineering team on manufacturing engineering related issues.
6 Implement Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma.
 
Qualifications/Requirements
 
1 More than 7 years’ experiences in electronics manufacturing.
2 Familiar with PCBA manufacturing process, including SMT, wave soldering, hand soldering, press fit, gluing, conformal coating, AOI, 5DX, etc.
3 Familiar with mechanical process, including turning, milling, punching, bending, surface treatment, etc.
4 Familiar with the requirement of civil aviation regulatory.
5 B.S. degree.
6 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
7 Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications 
1 Spares experience in customer service.
2 Solid knowledge and experience in manufacturing and ability to act as a resource for colleagues.
3 Ability to identify and independently resolve a variety of complex manufacturing issues.
4 Skilled at measuring and using test equipment as prescribed by job assignment.
5 Experience working with engineering drawings, charts, diagrams, and sketches Proficient computer skills.
6 Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
7 Ability to make decisions in the face of un-certain situation.
8 Problem solving skills with willing to take hands-on task.
