职位描述：
Responsibilities
－Design, simulate, build, test, verify and optimize the optical system including F-theta Lens, Post Objective Scanning system, Dynamic Focusing system, high reflective mirror handling high power laser. Etc.
－Responsible for the complete product development cycle, from proof stage to full product release,
－Ensures design for manufacturability, test and reliability.Working with the purchasing department and our suppliers to ensure quality products are delivered to our customers.
－Follow good engineering design principles and product verification techniques. Thoroughly document all designs with design documentation and drawings.
－Work with a cross-functional team, including members in the US and other GSI locations.
Minimum requirements
－5-8 years’ experience designing and building optical systems with focus on the field of laser application, the optical system design for Galvo application will be big plus
－Familiar with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) techniques, materials science and coating process; Sensitivity to product costs.
－Minimum of 4-5 years New Product Development (NPD) experience, have successful experience of taking new product design/Development from concept to mass production following good engineering process and stage-gate type development process.
－Experience working with suppliers across a range of component types to ensure products are made with quality and meet the component specifications.
－Proficiency in Zemax required; Familiar with optical simulation techniques and system modeling.
