职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead team to execute preventive maintenance of utilities.
带领团队做好公用设施的计划性预防性维护保养。
2. To organize and perform maintenance for all utilities.
组织和实施所有公用设施的维修和维护。
3. To supervise extra contractor works to ensure they are alignment specification.
监督承包商以确保所有的工作符合技术要求。
4. Lead and perform utility related project & improvement
领导和实施公用设施相关的项目和改进。
5. To manage and control all facility spare parts and part of utilities spares.
管理与控制所有公用设施的备件。
6. To effectively control and manage project expense ensure timeline and under budget.
有效地控制和管理项目费用，确保时间计划和费用低于预算。
7. Manage and keep engineering drawings, manual and update as required.
管理工程图纸、文件手册，根据需要进行更新。
8. Lead VIP projects with aim to reduce various costs.
主导相关价值提高项目以减少各种费用。
9. Observe GMP requirement, safety regulatory and environmental requirement, to carry out duties according to SOP.
严格遵守GMP、安全规则及环保准则，按相关的SOP履行自己的职责。
10. Consider and minimize EHS impacts.
考虑并消除环保、安全的问题。
11. According to the requirement, organize to modify utilities.
根据需要组织对现有公用设施进行改进。

Qualifications:
1. University/College graduate in engineering.
大学本科工程专业。
2. At least 5 years’ experience in relative work.
相关领域5 年工作经历。
3. Good command in PC (Microsoft Office).
熟练操作电脑 ( Office软件 )。
4. Basic English skill.
基本的英语技能。
5. Be familiar with control system, mechanical, hydraulic.
对控制系统、机械和液压有较深知识。
6. Totally realize and understand the status of production equipment.
