岗位要求
1. 1-5 year experience.
2. Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.
3. Must be accustomed to working with international teams.
工作职责及内容
1. To improve production lines according to Autoliv standards & cost targets by eliminating waste.
2. To provide fully-qualified engineering support through the design, manufacture, testing and inspection of automotive airbag inflators, equipment and/or facilities.
3. Assure the product and assembly process meets or exceeds Autoliv Standards.
4. Interacts with other engineers, program management and maintenance personnel.
5. Knowledge and experience in the development, design, assembly, debug and qualification of production assembly equipment.
6. Within ISO TS 16949: improves processes:
7. Analyze non-conforming product and implement corrective actions.
8. Interact with production equipment, machine shop suppliers, cross functional team members, and the end customer.
9. Assist with containment and solving actions if issues occur.
10. Identify improvement opportunities.
11. Participate in Line & design workshops designed to continuously improve the inflator production process.
12. Create and ensure accurate, timely and reliable engineering documentation.
13. Create effective PFMEA with a cross-functional team and implement process improvements to reduce the risks identified.
14. Work with production associates, team leaders and production management to identify and prioritize production issues. Identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
15. Determine and specify equipment capacity and production requirements for the production process.
16. Line configuration to ensure that drawing requirements for each specific model are met by the production line.
17. Tooling management for the assigned process and be knowledgeable for the tooling.
18. Interact with line supplier to manage the new process line project.
19. Qualification for the new line and modification.
