? To design site/plant value stream and layout.
? To design warehouse & plant layout and material flow.
? Lead site layout change project/activity.
? To support manufacturing team design value stream between each product family.
? Coach IE engineer for flow design
? Under the responsibility of the IE manager, the senior industrial engineer should work with IE manager on other continue improvement activities in industry field in ACE.
? Analysis and Propose best industry solution on flow design.
Main Tasks
Industrial Engineering
? Work with plant other function team to design plant level VSM & VSD
? Design site layout & material flow based on VSD and business strategy
? Work with logistics team use lean concept to calculate warehouse space requirement, design warehouse layout and flows(material/operation)
? Work with manufacturing team to design plant line layout strategy follow value stream concept.
? Based on different level layout planning to define implement steps & schedule
? Lead & coordinate plant function team to implement layout & flow design
? Support IE engineer to design detail line layout and make sure it could meet plant layout requirementain.

Level (diploma) required:
? Engineering degree.
Experience:
? Need solid experience for site/plant layout design with value stream concept.
? Be proficient at IE & Lean manufacturing tools for continues improvement.
? Familiar with line design & line balance improvement.
? At least 5 years experience in mass production of electrical manufacturing industry, as operational in production.
Technical skills required:
? Deep understanding and practices of lean manufacturing tools and methodology.
? Good at project management.
? Good knowledge of Project Management.
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
? Good interpersonal skills and high morale on daily work;
? Comfortable to work in team
? Excellent analytical (data, method…) skill.
? Good communication skill
? High willing to achieve results on the Gemba (Shop floor)
Languages:
? Fluent English (Mandatory).
? Mandarin.
