岗位职责 Job Responsibility Manage production Assembly area for safety, Quality, 5S, productivity, cost/scrap control and process improvement. 管理生产装配区域的安全、质量、5S、生产效率、成本以及过程改善 · Production Control and Plan (Capacity & Manpower for future production) 生产管理和计划（产能、人力安排） · Daily Production management. Productivity (Output, Line efficiency), Quality of Product, 5S and Line discipline improved 日常生产管理：生产效率（产出、效率）、质量、5S和现场纪律的改进 · Control the cost due to the budget (Manpower ，expense) 依据预算控制成本（人力、费用） · Monitor corrective actions for Defects on line, Scrap and Customer complaints追踪现场不良、报废及客户投诉的改善措施是否有落实 · Maintain monthly Production reports to production manager · 提供运行月报给生产经理 · Train the line leaders to ensure they are met the work 培训班长以确保他们能胜任工作 · Other work that Production Manager and Plant Manager arranged 生产经理及工厂厂长安排的其他工作
