Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and develop the customer base

 a. Conducting customer visits (12-16 a week)

 b. Develop and follow up key account (more than 200K RMB/year orders)

 c. Development of OEM business

 d. Customer complain handle interface

   1) Apporach target figures

   2) Develop and manage distributor relationships

   3) New customers visit and approaching

   4) Quotations and approaching orders

2. Market (customer and competitors') information accquiring

  a. Customer informaiton of specific industry/application/products gathering and feedback to line manager and products manager and sales director

   1) Near rival's information , especial the price and applications gathering and feedback to line manager and products manager and sales director

3. Specific Products Focus

 a. Promote strategic products

 b. Near rival informaiton accquiring(pricing, specific applications, and short comings

4. Paper work

 a. Account Business Plan for top customer or other selected after discussion

 b. Personal business strategy for individual range
 
 c. Weekly visit report(will be in sales force from 2016)

 d. Weekly visit plan

 e. Customer complain summary

 f. Price application

 g. Record all the quotations

 h. Other required paper works

5. Company image building

 a. Proactively promote and build the Contrinex brand

   1) Present the profession and friendly and effective image as the Contrinex interface with customers

任职要求:

1. Products knowledge is required

2. Paper work application based value selling is required

3. At least 3-5 year related experience

4. Industrial Automation solution selling sensor industry knowledge is preferred

5. Be familiar with Windows Office and Sales force

6. Madarin is required and English is preferred

7. Have ability to question assumptions

8. Have good communicaiton skilll

9. Enthusiasm and positive thinking

10. Have good team spirit

11. Flexibility and adaptability
