Functional:
To improve and capture overall customer spare parts readiness and response quickly
Formulate strategy and revues target to meet company goals
Manage spare parts business and increase sales revenue
To manage and develop the customer relationship, which could include revenue collection / debtor control, for a small number of strategically important customers / areas, with regular face to face meetings.
To ensure issues and problems are properly follow the escalation path and ensuring ease of contact.
Responsible for customer satisfaction and accountability for spare parts sales activities
Uses service to actively develop opportunities to increase revenues / collections and/ or sales opportunities
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming spare parts sales enquiries, by telephone, fax, and email as required
Manage the production status with supplier to ensure timely delivery
Preparing monthly, weekly or daily spare parts sales analysis
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Interprets company policies to employees and enforces all safety regulations.
Establishes and implements team/individual Critical Success Factors, including the measurement and documentation of the progress of each employee toward the established goals.
Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work-related problems
General:
Provide guidance and support general coordinator duties
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Continue to support ERP maintenance on the system to ensure
Professional Experience:
Min 5 years hands on SMT spare parts management experience on SMT capital equipment or electro-mechanical equipment
Preferably with FUJI or SMT related product experience and handling 3rd party parts sales
Working experience with regulators and business partners;
