职位描述：
-Good professional skills on machining or assembly process;
良好的装配工艺专业技能。
-Be familiar with MS office (word, excel PowerPoint) and Auto-CAD;
熟练使用办公软件（word, excel PowerPoint）和Auto-CAD软件。
-Familiar with TS16949 and ISO 14001;
熟悉TS16949汽车质量管理体系和ISO14001环境管理体系。
-Good problem solving, project management and good communication skills;
良好的问题解决、项目管理能力和良好的沟通能力。
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Main Responsibilities主要职责
1. Specifying processes design for new programs and determine process proposal, provides capital estimation on all equipments and toolings and complete preliminary MPPS for department Manager’s review.
定义新项目的工艺流程设计并确定工艺方案，为所有的设备和工装夹具提供资本评估并完成初步的投资分析交给部门经理评审。

2. Formulating equipments specification or standards for released program to outside suppliers, leading equipments and fixture’s sourcing.
为新项目向供应商详述设备的规格或标准，主导设备和工装夹具的选购。

3. Reviewing and approving supplier’s design and deviations, following up equipment building schedule and performing executive review periodically with supplier.
评审和批准供应商的设计和偏差，跟踪设备的制造计划并定期的执行与供应商进度审查。

4. Leading the relative process documents creation and review with function team on Process flow Diagram, Metrology review, PFMEA, Control Plan, Pictorial Process Sheet etc. 主导多功能小组创建和评审相关的工艺文件，如：工艺流程图、过程潜在失效模式及后果分析、控制计划、工艺卡片等。

5. Leading all certification activities on supplier’s equipment including runoff, equipments installation, plant certification, PPAP and launch etc, and complete Certification Book.
主导所有设备的认证活动，包括调试、设备安装、厂内验证、PPAP和Launch等，并完成 “验收手册”.

6. Evaluating and troubleshooting the existing processes to achieve high quality and throughput targets.
发现并解决当前工艺过程中的问题从而实现高质量和产量的目标。

7. Providing technical support for other AAM facility or JV facility as required.
根据需要为其他AAM工厂或合资厂提供必要的技术支持。

8. Perform other duties as assigned from Dept. Manager.
