Job Descriptions:

1. As a senior backend engineer, you need to have had years hands on experience in Magma and or Cadence/Synopsys back end and sign off flow.

2. You will be responsible for ensuring customer success through various design serve participation and practices.

3. You would need to report / interface with customer for project status, and to consult /feedback to customer with any design implementation difficulty and plans.

Job Requirements:

1. 5 years of related experiences and minimum of BS in EE or equivalent; MS a plus

2. Fluent in one of the major P&R (Place & Route) tool suites (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, or Magma).

3. Solid background in timing closure and signoff (PrimeTime experience).

4. Good scripting expertise (Perl, Tcl, or Python).

5. Actual chip tape out experience on a recent technology node (65nm or below).

6. Strong English communication skills. Both written & oral.

7. Prior experience as a team lead, able to assign, and evaluate, and lead small teams of individual contributors.
