MISSIONS:
- Support Service Director to daily maintain engineers work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily SAP system operation. Update engineer location in the SAP & innosoft system.
Reimbursement process for Engineer monthly. Clear divide project cost and present the cost to accounting department.
Update engineer daily working time monthly; clearly divide the working hours based on company regulations; inform engineers the working hours result accordingly.
Oversea training support for engineer
Take care of company goods for the engineer, such as tool box, uniform etc.
Cooperate with accounting department to statistic project cost.
Provide engineer utilization report on monthly bases.
Reports Management.
PRE-REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College Degree or above
Major in: Language, other related major.
Experience:
2 years of similar position in foreign capitalized company, esp. in the mechanical & equipment area.
Competences / Specific knowledge:
- Familiar with trading company business will be highly preferred.
- SAP experience will be preferred.
- Commitment, cooperativeness.
- Teamwork abilities, adaptability, compliance.
- Communication and coordination skills
- Self-responsibility and dedication.
- Fluently English and Chinese in spoken and written
