Title: Senior Communication Specialist or Manager - a famous consulting, IT service and outsourcing firm
Base:Beijing
The successful Communication Manager candidate will manage the provision of professional internal communications services to local business units and the Group. He/she also is responsible for designing and executing external communication plans through multiple channels like digital and print media to create brand awareness and thought leadership. The role will entail a combination of hands-on implementation as well as co-ordination of internal and external resources/project teams where relevant.
Duties:
- Manage annual communication plan and budget, maximize the opportunity to raise brand awareness and thought leadership of the firm, also considering the business opportunity generation and key account communication.
- Update and maintain company communication kit and keep "one voice" in all outlets.
- Communicate with global PR to keep transparent and quick message flow between local and Group.
- Manage all the media relations and media related activities & programs including press release, interview, press conference etc, have solid relationship with all kinds of Medias in management, IT or consulting field
- Manage corporate external magazine program, ability to edit overall content and communicate with all authors within the group, and as the role of journalist to interview internal experts. Also contribute to corporate internal magazine editing.
- Develop and produce marketing materials such as brochures, reports, advertising and business presentations;
- To work with National PR / Advertising Agencies
- Organize, prepare and run marketing events and related activities;

Qualification:
- A Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a related discipline
- 5 - 7 years' relevant experience
- PR agency, media, consulting firm, professional service firm or IT industry experience is a plus.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and verbal
- Good team work with interpersonal skill and result-oriented
- Strategic and goal-oriented mind, able to work in the dynamic and high pressure working environment
- Tactical implementation capabilities
- Analytical competence
- High level and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Can-do attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential corporate information as well as issue managements in a mature and professional manner
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to drive and communicate in remote ways
