Responsibilities:

Main tasks:

Arrange shipping documentation, dispatch, and prepare custom clearance documentation when necessary

Follow up company’s local stock in Shanghai warehouse

Coordinate shipments with others worldwide group affiliates

Ensure on time deliveries from suppliers and to final destination (China, Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America…)

Additional:

Fill in reporting tools and company logistics reporting files

Coordinate with accounting departments to release payments when orders are completed

Data Input into ERP (Oracle)

Job Requirement:

Bachelor degree majored in International Supply Chain/Logistics or International Trading.

>2 Years working experience in overseas or trading company logistics departments

Familiar with the marine components and overseas companies is preferred

Good written and spoken English. Able to work under pressure.
Diligent, proactive, self-organized and good team-working spirit.
