The Role
and Responsibility


With an expanding customer base in an everchanging world, H?gan?s is
looking to broaden their potential and is therefore in need of a Marketing
Manager to independently research and tie relationships with second tier and
end customers. Your task is to find areas of improvement and opportunity.
Therefore, you will work closesly with both R&D and Sales to work out
strategies and tactics for reaching potential goals and expanding vision.




Experience and Characteristics


To feel comfortable in this position you need to have at least a
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with a thorough understanding of marketing.
Preferably you took extra courses at university. You must have experience
from the automotive industry and understand the customer line and needs for metals
and minerals. Further it is important that you have at least 5 years experience
from Marketing and Sales positions from a large Western corporation. As a
result, you have a good grasp on Western business, coordination and
communication processes.


As a person you are an outgoing and curious team player who has the
analytical mind to proactively solve problems and find strategic solutions to
challenges. You need to have an entrepreneurial mind to be able to see
opportunities and persistently work towards goals.
