KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
? Design and Delivery of outcomes-based learning and development curriculum aligned to AMD’s values and leadership competencies
? Partners with key stakeholders to define development needs
? Designs, develops and teaches a full range of leadership development modules training programs.
? Conducts needs analysis, course evaluations and program / course recommendations.
? Provides training consultation regarding effective delivery options: formal and/or informal learning
? Provides up-to-date and accurate status information to Learning and Development and HR leadership teams as required
? Learning Management System administration
? Helps define, measure and communicate learning outcomes
? Requirement for travel is <20%
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
? 7+ years of experience of classroom delivery of learning and development courses/programs
? 5+ years of experience in instructional design
? Able to travel regionally (and occasional global) <20%
? Expertise in blended learning approaches, including online training
? Experience and proven results at (minimum) level three evaluation methods
? Ability to work independently
? Advanced English Proficiency
? Bachelor degree; communications, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred)
? Preferred experience with leadership assessments (D.I.S.C, Hogan, StandOut, Golden Personality Profiler, MBTI, 360 coaching, etc.)
? Learning Management System experience preferred
