Job Scope:
Vernay is a trusted fluid control solutions provider to leading OEM’s and emerging companies in all regions of the world. Vernay’s engineers and chemists are recognized throughout the industry for their expertise, and for providing co-designed, custom fluid control solutions that make our customers’ most ambitious product visions a reality. Vernay’s engineered components are used in everyday products including automobiles, printers, lawn & garden equipment and consumer products such as large and small appliances as well as household cleaning products. They can also be found in critical applications including life-saving medical devices, water-saving irrigation systems and cutting edge fuel cell technology.

Vernay Manufacturing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is currently seeking a logistic support. This individual will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of in/out shipments management, including domestic and international transportation arrangements to work closely with team to reach company goal.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
? Assist to communicate related inter-company departments / outside parties timely to coordinate in-coming /out-going shipments/deliveries.
? Working closely with 3rd parties, handles daily delivery and transportations for domestics customers.
? Work with related departments to ensure order processing, material tracking, follow and track the lead time according to schedule, coordinate to settle problems occurred in the order processing.
? Coordinate with related departments for urgent orders, try everything to promote delivery time.
? Coordinate shipping, export, finish daily delivery plan timely and accurately, also with other reports.
? Process orders in Epicor timely, clear overdue orders and maintain data accuracy in Epicor
? Assist with inventory control, warehouse management.
? Continuous improve the work procedure, optimize logistic process and cost.
? Actively participate in 5S program.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
? Education: Bachelor degree and college education graduation
? Minimum 3 years working experience in supply chain management in multi-national company.
? Good Computer skills
? Team player.
? Good problem solving skills.
? Pro-active and able to work under pressure.
? Good interpersonal skill.
? Analytical skill and organization skills are essential in maintaining an optimum inventory.
? Able to work independently.
? Proficient in English both oral and writing
? MRP knowledge
