职位描述：
? Daily system backup
? Ensuring new users have proper email, network and Vantage access
? Updating applications and operating systems on a timely basis
? Creating custom reports to help manage the business
? Contact point for Vantage service issues
? Ensuring printers are working properly and serviced as required
? Assisting in the preparation of the annual capital budget for hardware and software
? Periodically reviewing and testing network and Vantage security
? Explore, develop, implement, and continuously improve our IT Systems and infrastructure consistent with the idX business plan objectives
? Partner and support all functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Production, and Warehouse Operations searching for IT operational efficiencies and opportunities to streamline processes
? Coordinate, troubleshoot and maintain network / server administration and hardware ensuring “zero downtime”
? Coordinate, elevate, and accelerate the use of Vantage our ERP system throughout the organization, becoming an expert in all modules and system fundamentals
? Document, update and progressively educate idX associates on the use of Vantage as a business tool, creating user-friendly instructional manuals and training sessions
? Integrate various systems including telephone, voice mail, email, fax, data transfers and file systems
? Other duties as assigned
岗位要求：
? Must have a degree in Systems, Information Technology or Engineering
? 5-10 years experience in an IT / Systems role with a proven track record in building an IT infrastructure as a core competency
? 2 -5 years experience in a manufacturing organization, exposure to a custom manufacturing environment is an asset
? Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel programs 举报 分享
