职位描述：
? Lead facility team manage facility equipment which include firefighting system, air- condition , air compressor, waste water treatment system, electrical equipment, hydrogen station, cooling water system etc.
? Ensures all utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules
? Monitoring daily the consumption of energy resource (water, electricity …) identify/implement the energy-saving projects
? Work with EHS team to implement EHS related projects to improve working conditions continuously , and manage/support the disposal of general refuses and hazard wastes
? Work with the 3rd parties/agencies, complete various permits from government
? Support each production line on equipment installation/relocation ,and maintenance if necessary
? Space planning including the coordination of all activities for moves, adds, and changes
