职位描述：
Key account management:
Win and manage selected key accounts in targeted industries, global transfer business management
Cooperate to promote the market impact in China of PULS through product demostration, technical exchange activities, etc.
Handle the customer project information on time and accurately; Support the high quality communciation between company and customers
Field Application:
Provide pre-sales and on-site application support;
Develop general and dedicated technical solutions for targeted applications
Proactively communicate operational status, issues & risks;
Coach sales person to promote the application of new product through the accurate market positioning.
Product Marketing:
Define regional product strategy;
Bench-mark competitive landscape in products, pricing and market coverage;
Define requirement specification and costing and coordinate samplings for customer or regional specific product development;
Technical training of sales force and technical seminar for key accounts;
Prepare industry report to initiate and drive market growth of China
People management
Providing leadership, direction and guidance to the Application team, coach and mentor them by setting priorities and accomplishing goals;
Ensure that each team member will have a complete training based on the knowledge of processes and the available tools ; Create training plans and align these with superior.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, master is a plus;
Major in Electrical, electronics, automation and related Engineering;
At least 5 years working experience in sales & application related field
At least 2 year working experience in a mult-national company
Good command of English, German is preferred
Have knowledge about power supplye is a plus;
Good skills of presentation, analytical thinking and judgement;
Can do antitude, good team spirit. 举报 分享
