职位描述：
(A)Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for installation and configuration of security and networking equipment, including computer, printer, projector, routers, switches, firewalls, antivirus, servers, equipment maintenance, telephone system, monitoring system, meal system, door keeper system etc.
2. Implement the necessary controls to comply with the safety regulations of the company.
3. Provide support for user’s inquiries and problems related to computer systems.
4. Installation and maintenance of computer equipment: PC's, printers, IT devices etc.
5. Installation and maintenance of computer tools: Office and ERP, MES system.
6. Responsible for computer data maintenance and IT Asserts management.
7. Computer system upgrade and monitor.
8. Acts as the primary contact for all users and provides IT basic training.
9. Other tasks IT supervisor require.
(B) Skill
1. Experience and knowledge with AD, DNS, Exhange, Cisco router , office 365 etc;
2. Experience and knowledge with MES/ERP system;
3. Experience and knowledge with Intranet systems, especially LAN and WAN;
4. Experience and knowledge with switchboards, especially VoIP;
5. Experience and knowledge with antivirus and backup systems;
6. Experience and knowledge with systems Maquintosh;
7. Good communication in English both written and speaking.
(C) High priority recruitment:
1. At least typically 3+ year experiences in IT helpdesk technical support in similar position in Production environment, better in multinational companies;
2. Have good service sense, Good communication skills and Flexible working hours under high pressure with multiple tasks and prompt action;
3. Quick learning and troubleshooting skills are needed;

IKOR was established in 1981 in San Sebastian (Spain). It is essentially dedicated to design and manufacture electronic circuits and equipment for industrial markets, requiring custom-made systems for their products. Its products are widely used in the manufacturing automobile and white goods industries, including electronic locks, induction stoves, testing equipment, precision on-line measuring instrument, elevation lifts and vertical transportation control systems, etc.

IKOR has taken the challenge of internationalization and exports its technology and products to foreign markets. Recognizing the importance of the Asian market, especially the advantage of China, IKOR has decided to establish a company called CHINAKOR, which is under construction in Suzhou Industrial Park. It will occupy an area of 13,000 square meters and will have a staff of more than 300. The construction of the factory has been finished by April, 2006. When settled up, CHINAKOR will become IKOR’s manufacturing center of Asia.
