职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Planning and Budgeting
Propose and recommend manufacturing department strategy; develop and implement department KPI; allocate department KPI to sub functions and monitor the achievement; in order to achieve annual manufacturing KPI.
People Management & Development
Allocate and balance work across subordinates; review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinates; mentor, develop and motivate them; provide technical training and support; evaluate annually on department employees' performance ranking; resolve people/functional issues in the department in order to improve effectiveness and achieve targeted department performance.
Production Management
Monitor the Production Status and identify improvement priorities to ensure delivery; Closely work with planner team to understand the overall customer order status and lead the preparation of manpower plan; Monitor each workshop productivity result in order to define production issues quickly
Quality Management
Implement TEOA related Tools in plant and identify key quality improvement priorities, supervise and monitor quality status; Lead problem solving process in order to meet quality targets.
EHS Management
Implement and monitor EHS policies in order to ensure compliance with company regulation; Report the potential risk to EHS function in order to ensure manufacturing safety also improve future company EHS.
Cost Management
Review and approve department’s inventory count plan in order to find out the variance against the standards; review department’s production order(PO) and then pass to Finance for further analysis in order to balance all resources for production.
Continue Improvement (TEOA)
Work with TEOA team to develop proper working process to optimize and solve specific problems in operation ;fully support TEOA implementation and response for on line execution in order to ensure continue improvement of manufacturing management

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
？ B.S. Degree in engineering or other technical field.
？ 10+ years’ experience in general molding and integrated molding with 5+ years in managerial role
？ Solid knowledge in lean principles and tools
？ Strong people management ability
？ Willing to burden high pressure
