职位描述：
Job Description
1、Plan, manage and achieve goals for production team. ( OTD, FPY and Productivity)
2、Management of training and motivation for production team.
3、Organize to get correct production number and summarize in monthly report.
4、5S management and continue improvement in production area.
5、Make correct action plan for internal or external audit and implement.
6、Production scrap and recycle process maintain and management.
7、Lean production method implement in production area.
8、Prepare for Work instruction and implement in production teams.
9、Shifts arrangement for production.
10、Communication and coordinate with relation team daily to achieve production goals.
11、Production operators teams building, maintain and improve include period new project ramp up.
Requirement
1、Bachelor degree (or above), Major in Electronics or Mechanics
2、Several years of experience in production management
3、Knowledge and experience of ISO/TS 16949 and/or QS-9000 and ISO14001 standards
4、Good ability for implement lean production.
5、Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical matter
6、Ability to take initiative
7、Good team work skills
8、Excellent co-operation skills
