1、客户电话与网络的销售服务与客户拜访、初级销售；

2、收集客户有关信息和需求，不断开发新客户；

3、建立客户资料及档案，完成相关销售报表；

4、及时跟踪及处理客户反馈，维护客户关系；

5、相关市场讯息的挖掘与整理收集；

6、其它主管交办事项。
