Position summary/工作概述:
Makes the plastic decoration process and result to meet the customer’s requirement, and optimize it.
制定并优化塑料涂装的工艺流程来满足客户的需求.
KPI: Value added (Gross value/ Direct labor)

Main job assignment/主要工作任务(In order of importance, indicate the essential functions of the position)
？ Painting process definition, process optimizing - continuous improvement of painting yield/ paints usage/ labor efficiency/ assembly reduction, etc.;
喷漆程序制定并优化。不断提高喷漆良率/油漆使用率/生产效率/装配简化等等
？ Robot programming;
机器人程序编写
？ Providing necessary technical support to technician team;
为技术员提供必要的技术支持
？ Decision making when quality bargain occurs;
判断质量分歧
？ Act as owner of new project;
新项目的导入工作
？ Takes actions as soon as quality variance occurred;
对质量分歧及时采取相应措施
？ Train technicians.
培训技术员

Qualifications/任职条件(List the MINIMUM qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.)
？ College degree or above, major in Chemical or Mechanical;
大专或以上学历, 化工或机械专业
？ Minimum 3 years related experience;
至少3年的相关经历
？ Well knowledge of paint, painting process, painting machine and robot;
较好的油漆,喷漆工艺,喷漆机器及机器人相关知识
？ Basic knowledge of molding and plastics;
模具和塑料的基本知识
？ Basic English and good computer skill (Office software and CAD);
基本英文和较好计算机知识(Office和CAD)
？ Kaizen or continuous improvement knowledge;
有较强地学习意愿
？ Good communication skill;
较好的沟通能力
？ Good reference checking result.
