职位描述：
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or other related field and
A minimum of 3-5 years in the Ceramic field.
Knowledge and skills about the use of ceramic glazes and pigments
Knowledge about Industrial Ceramic Tile manufacturing processes
Strong command of the English language verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of software tools such as Photoshop
The FAS Technical will be responsible for assisting with the product development and quality control for Ferro’s InkJet programs throughout Asia. This will involve understanding market trends, managing customer relationships in order to grow Ferro’s position in the marketplace.
Explores the requirement of the market and customers and identifies the trend of products in order to be able to satisfy market demand.
Analyzes competitor products, extracts implications for product development and reports the results to Product Manager.
Participates in any experimental projects needed in order to produce saleable products that meet the quality standard and achieve cost saving.
Assists in the development of initial specification based on experimental projects.
When necessary, assists in implementing the specification in production line to ensure that the produced products meet the target specification.
Production Quality Control
Performs product quality control in order to maintain quality and meet customer requirements.
Provides product development services to customers in their production sites within defined quality, time, and cost in order to help problem solve and support them in the achievement of their goals.
Support business enlargement by color matching and counter typing competitors’ products.
Customer Relationships
Maintains customer relationships in order to achieve optimum benefits for the Company. 举报 分享
