职位描述：
1 Job Summary: 工作摘要
Support to manage and maintain the machining area tools and fixture for all projects and process improvements. Plan and improve the machining line.
    协助管理机加工线所有项目刀具与工装与工艺改进。计划和改进机加工线生产系统。

2 Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责
2.1 Manage all machining cutting tool and fixture
管理所有机加工刀具与工装
2.2 Make tool and fixture specifications
制定工装和刀具规范
2.3 Develop and purchase tool and fixture spare
开发及采购刀具与工装备品
2.4 Work in international environment.
完成国际化的工作
2.5 Train and lead a small team of 2 or 3 technicians.
负责招聘和领导技术团队

3 Authority: 岗位权限
3.1 Order tools, fixtures and within the budget limits.
      在预算内订购刀具、夹具以及备件
3.2 Supervise and correct Technicians mistake.
      监督并纠正技术员的工作

4 Job Specifications岗位要求
4.1 General requirements基本素质要求
4.1.1Good command of english ( both spoken and written )
         良好的英文读写能力
4.1.2 Deep understanding of CNC process and cutting tool field and fixture design.
         对机加工和刀具应用及工装设计有深刻的理解。
4.1.3 Good problem solving capability , result oriented.
         良好的解决问题和结果导向的能力

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements. 专业技能要求
4.2.1 Over 5 years work experience in machining with tool analysis ability。
         5年以上机加工经验，有刀具分析能力析

4.2.2 Good computer operation skill, and familiar with office software
        懂计算机操作, 熟悉办公软件的应用。

4.2.3 Good ability in English application
良好的英文应用能力

4.2.3 Proven project management ability. Capability to manage multiple tasks at the same
        time at different places
