职位描述：
Coordinate with production planning，workshop and engineer in order to create packing list and submit in system timely, take the lead and manage workshop spare part packing team, timely finish spare parts packing tasks according to packing plan and instruction.
协调生产计划，车间和工程师团队， 根据客户要求和包装计划，及时产生包装箱单并录入系统；带领车间备件包装团队，配合生产计划，及时完成备件包装任务。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

? 根据包装计划和生产计划，产生并录入包装箱单，并对包装信息准确性进行监督和控制。
? Preparing packing list according to packing plan and production plan, supervise the accuracy of packing list , follow up customer instruction.
? 带领车间备件包装团队， 根据包装计划，严格按照公司质量管理体系文件进行包装，做到无错包装， 无漏包装，保证包装的准确性。
? Manage and leading workshop spare parts packing team, follow up packing plan, according to quality management system, ensure packing accuracy and customer requirement compliance.
? 在包装过程中配合质量进行监督检验，对于包装完成的产品， 根据序列和顺序， 整齐在指定区域堆存， 并根据要求进行保护。
? Coordinate with quality team during packing process , ensure necessary inspection conduct before packing; for finished packing goods, according to sequence and appointed space, proper storage with proper protection.
? 对于包装需要的工具和材料进行妥善保管和存放， 避免损坏和遗失。
? Proper manage packing tools and packing materials, ensure proper protect and avoid missing.
? 根据要求对包装产品进行拍照留底；
? Take photo and keep in file according to requirement;
? 对于在包装过程中发现的不合格产品及时报告并根据流程退还相关部门处理， 避免现场堆放；
? Timely response and reporting any un-qualified production found during packing process. Timely return to relative department, do not store on packing area.

Qualifications
? Two year packing specialist working experiences in machining manufacture plant. Drawing understanding is a must。Understand packing requirement during international and domestic transportation.
? 机械生产企业两年以上包装计划工作经验，务必理解并熟悉图纸识别，分析，理解国际国内物流对包装规范；
? ERP (Oracle, SAP is preferred) system operation experience is preferred.
? 有ERP操作经验者优先。
? Computer skill required (Microsoft excel/Microsoft word).
? Excel和word操作技能。
? Able to read and write in English, use system in English, oral English is a plus.
? 能适应英文读写，可以在英文页面操作ERP系统。
