Essential Responsibilities

*Responsibility of directing GE Bently Nevada customer relationship with accounts in assigned sales territory in China. *Exploring and creating sales opportunities where GE Bently Nevada systems are successfully expanded and promoted. *Positioning GE Bently Nevada as the customer’s best resource for information about the condition and behavior of plant assets. *Developing business partner relationships using a Win/Win approach in managing the sales territory. *Provide leadership in translating Functional goals into programs for a special area. *Promote boundaryless; Six Sigma mindset, as well as, teamwork / alignment between sales & operation. *Engagement with OTR team to ensure flawless execution of projects. *Responsible for projects with defined scope, personal involvement in closing large projects. *Drive business growth and customer relationship promotion thru Enterprise –Selling solutions, *Closely working with other GE and GE Energy segment being a team to achieve cross-selling / synergy growth. *Establish targets to attain.


Qualifications/Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, strong knowledge of the electrical power industry, metal industry including turbine, compressor or power plant equipment / machinery manufacturing and maintenance knowledge.*Minimum of 5 years working experience in power or/and petrochemical industry.*Detailed knowledge and technical sales experience for machinery condition and performance management area.*Demonstrate consistently high levels of performance in all areas of responsibilities in the past.*Degree in Engineering. *Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. *Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset. *Proactive work style with strong drive to achieve results. *Ability to develop approaches to meet required objectives.*Ability to develop relationship at all levels of customer organization.*Ability to develop and execute.*Willing to travel on short notice.*Fluent in Mandarin and English (Spoken & Written).
