Backend

The back-end segments Sensors, Chip Card and Chip Embedding allow the development of cross-collaborative innovations over the entire value chain from chip production to wafer testing, preassembly, package design and the development of new materials.

In your new role you will:

• To organize, provide guidance and ensure an high discipline, efficient and effective manufacturing team in fulfilling daily manufacturing key performance indices target - quantity, quality, cost, time .
• To organize and ensure an effective control and usage of all related direct and indirect materials consumption .
• To organize and ensure an effective shop floor management system.
• To benchmark and drive Next Level of Productivity /Next Level of Zero Defect.
• To organize management program to ensure effective shop floor safety, health and environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering field,at least 8 years related working experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor Assembly & test process,Industrial Engineering, Capacity and Headcount Planning.
• Excellent People Management experience on effective Interpersonal Skills, Self Managing Team (SMT) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Analytical problem sloving and having strong decision making capabilities.
• Able to work independently and posses good communication skills.
• Good English / Mandarin communication in written and verbal.
