Human Resources

The Human Resources unit helps Infineon to put its strategy into practice. We proactively tackle HR-relevant employee and management topics and take a lead role in the realization of HR-related programs, processes and activities. HR focus topics range from Leadership over Talent to Workforce and do thus improve people excellence in the whole company.

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for internal training managment, e.g. internal trainer, training process, On-job-training, overseas training, etc.
• Manage internal training platform, e.g. e-learning, e-Train, Wechat, etc.
• Manage company library and promote internal learning culture
• Collaborate with other HR function for yearly campus recruitment based on company
• Support manager in young graduate program coordination and organization
• Contact window for collaboration with university for scholarship, branding program

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• More than 3 years of experience in training or human resource related function in a manufactory company.
• Experience in campus recruitment and university branding programs will be preffered.
• Good knowledge in training process management and training needs collection.
• Excellent writing and oral English communication skill.
• Strong business acumen, proficient analytical and problem solving skill.
• Proactive working style and able to collaborate well with other teams.
• Proficient use in Microsoft skill, e.g. excel, powerpoint, etc.
