-Manage all control and rework for automotive suppliers.
- Manage critical quality problem at OEMs, lead team to set up on-line support at OEMs.
- Manage and coordinate international project within group.
- Supervising the Performance of the engineers in the team
- Project and Employee assignment planning and follow up.
- For supplier`s critical quality problem, help and supervise root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action and verification of effectiveness.
- Manage customer service project for OEMs and tire 1 suppliers.
- Audit and evaluate supplier process quality capability for new project and corrective action follow up.
- Customer's complaint management and follow up.
profile
-More than 8 years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on quality control with at least 3 years management experience.
-Good written and verbal English skill.
-Lead team(engineers, supervisors and inspectors), flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.
-Strong communication skill.
- Familiar with quality problem solving tools, such as 8D, 5why etc.
-Experienced skill on Office software.
-3rd company service experience is preferred
