Role and Responsibilities:
- E-bidet NPD team work arrangement
- Work with marketing & manufacturing team develop E-bidet NPD products, ensure on time deliver to launch
- Speed to marketing, work on NPD development cycle time reduction
- NPD capacity, capability and productivity analysis, improvement
- Work with Vendor to drive E-Bidet cost down project
- Control SZ NPD budget
- Give technical support to customer service department on handling customer complaint for products quality issue and give technical training to customer service and sales team to ensure more professional customer service.
- New Material and new technology study and introduction to NPD development
- Ensuring the completion of engineering documentation to support product introductions and / or revisions.
- Suppliers evaluation and management
- Responsible for safety, working environment, and follow the company rule & regulation
Requirements and advantages:
- Excellent communication skills&English skill
- Well understand industry
- Strong NPD/People management skills
- Bachelor degree or above in information and engineering
- 8-10 years multinational related experience is required, experience seat&cover, shower toilet or E-bidet in sanitary ware is prefer
- Well understand industry norms/standards in regional wide
