Job Summary职位概述
1.Report to Sales Manager
汇报给销售经理
2.Proactively advising customers of an impending delivery problem before it occurs and devise strategies to minimize adverse customer reaction
积极主动与客户沟通即将发生的交货问题,确保客户得到事先通知,减少客户的负面反应
3.Timely and accurate entry of orders, processing of invoices and filing of associated documents. Liaison with accountant department and AR
准确及时录入客户订单,销售开票和相关文件的存档,与财务协同处理应收款
4.Coordination with Inventory/procurement / production department to ensure minimum number of back orders is encountered
协调仓库/采购/生产准时完成客户订单,最小化延迟订单数量
5.Customers purchasing orders review to ensure order quantity, price, requested delivery date and other terms compliance with the sales contract and agreements, feedback any discrepancies to the customers
审核客户订单的数量,价格,要求交期和其它条款是否正确并与销售合同/协议一致,将差异反馈给客户
6.Forward customers shipping schedule to production planning and purchasing and ensure the latest customers requirements are communicated and satisfied
下达最新的客户出货计划给生产计划和采购部并跟催,确保客户需求被传达和满足
7.Coordinate with technical department to work out container loading plans and follow warehouse team to meet customers delivery requirements
协同技术部制定集装箱装箱单,要求仓库按装箱单装箱和发运
8.Ensuring that customers’ problems are resolved quickly and effectively
确保客户问题得到迅速有效解决
9.Ensuring customer credit requests are investigated and processed in a timely fashion in accordance with the company Credit Policy & Procedure
根据公司信用政策和程序,及时做好客户信用调查和管理
10.Timely and accurate preparation and forwarding of correct shipping documentation to ensure prompt delivery and clearance of consignments and to satisfy relevant statutory regulations
准确及时准备和提交货运资料并满足法律法规要求,确保交付和清关及时
Experience and Skills能力和工作经验
1.International Trade or Marketing or Logistics diploma or above
国际贸易或营销或物流管理大学专科或以上学历
2.At least two years customer service working experience in multi-international company,customs&shipping hands-on experience is must
2年以上外企外销工作经验,必须有出口关务实际操作经验
3.Highly planning and coordinating skills
具有较高计划协调技能
4.Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including an excellent telephone manner
高效沟通能力和商务谈判技能
5.Self-confident, high sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
自信,高度的责任心和问题解决能力
6.Excellent oral & written English
英语听说写流利
7.Advanced proficiency with Excel, and familiar with ERP system
